Kuan Chee Heng, or better known as Uncle Kentang, has taken the initiative to help the people in need, yet again!
This time he opened a public kitchen called Dapur Umum Rakyat Puchong, which is aimed at helping the less fortunate, as it serves free food for those in Puchong who are hungry.
“If you are hungry and you have no money, we are opening a public kitchen only in Puchong. You can come here and fill your stomach. This is something small we are able to do because I understand how it feels to not have money and feeling hungry.”
“I have been through it all, quenching my hunger by swallowing my saliva.”
Uncle Kentang also added that Projek Dapur Umum Puchong has successfully helped many who are in need, especially those who are hungry.
