If you’ve been keeping up with what’s going on, you’ll know that Uncle Kentang (or his real name, Kuan Chee Heng), is known for his kindness and incredible generosity towards people in need.
In the past, his name has made headlines for helping those who are in need in his community - by paying for funeral fees and also for opening a public kitchen to give food to the people in need.
Now, he is the talk of the town yet again, after he opened a pasar at Alie P Coffee in Puchong Utama, where he sells everything for only 10 sen.
Yes, you read that correctly, from clothes, soft toys to home items and appliances, such as a mattress and a fridge, all for the price of only 10 sen!
“Happy Father’s Day. Pasar 10 sen is still ongoing. For those who are nearby, can stop by. Everything is 10 sen only. Happy to see the underprivileged community get to buy everything cheap,” he said in his post.
