Just recently, Mukhsin actor, Syafie Naswip and other former child actors like Amelia Henderson, Naim Daniel, Erynne Erynna and Izzy Reef sold off some of their preloved items on Instagram to help Malaysians in need.

And now, joining them, a group of almost 50 former child actors that we grew up watching on Disney channel and Astro Ceria banded together to help more Malaysians who are in need of assistance.
Some of the actors include Elfira Loy, Ezzrin Loy, Ezlisa Loy, Aedy Ashraf, Yana Alyahya, Sweet Qismina, Elisha Sandha, Fimie Don, Eyra Hazali, Fara Nadiah and Nik Adruce just to name a few!
Speaking to Berita Harian, singer and actor Naim Daniel said that they discussed the plans on WhatsApp, and devised a strategy on how to help Malaysians who are struggling during this pandemic.
“If we can’t donate in ringgit, why don’t we use social media? Our social media followings are strong, and each of us will use that to publicise our charity efforts.
“We can also see that many are depressed since the pandemic hit Malaysia, and since the implementation of the MCO. We will try to think of something to help those in need,” he said.
During their Instagram live sessions, not only are they publicising their initiative, #WeListenPack to help those in need of essential items or cash for medical treatments and for paying bills, but they also use the platform to spread awareness on the mental health issues that Malaysians are facing because of the pandemic.
Naim added that this is also a great way for these former child actors to strengthen their bond as they previously worked together in a lot of television programmes for children.
This is great! Baru lah Malaysians, always helping each other in need!
