A recent incident in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, has raised concerns about security during home events after CCTV footage shared by the Malayan Secret Society TikTok page revealed a woman allegedly disguising herself as a wedding guest to commit theft.

The event took place on Saturday, 1 February, around 12:40 p.m., during a wedding banquet hosted at a family residence. Posing as an invited guest, the woman claimed she needed to use the washroom to gain access to the home. Once inside, CCTV footage captured her taking a handbag placed atop a shelf before calmly leaving the scene. The stolen handbag reportedly contained RM2,500 in cash.
The Malayan Secret Society captioned the footage, "Disguised as a guest, she used the toilet and stole RM2,500 in cash."
