This time it happened at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Center (MITEC) parking lot in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.

The video that was shared by user @larojtfl shows a man standing in a parking box at the parking lot, while being questioned by the person who was recording the video.
“Serious ah bro? Chup parking? I’m sure you want to go to the MATTA Fair. I also want to go to the MATTA Fair,” the woman can be heard saying.
While still standing inside the parking box, the man just smiled and gave the woman a thumbs up, “It’s not a big deal, my car is nearby,” he said.
The woman, not wanting to prolong the issue, just said “I hope you have a good day,” and drove away.
Malaysians took to the comment section to share their frustration, “The scary part is, he thinks he’s right.”
“I feel like he already wanted to leave, but he already embarrassed himself so he stayed committed,” another person said.
The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) have previously stated that reserving or “chup” parking is a violation under Section 50 (3) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
Those found guilty could face a RM2,000 fine or up to six months in prison. Repeat offenders could face a RM4,000 fine and/or up to 12 months in prison.
