The art director of a hair salon in Penang offered to restyle a customer’s hair, after her initial cut was unsatisfactory.
In a statement shared by the hair salon, Hairstyle International, they said: “We could never have imagined the damage our stylist had caused her and we will surely take up full responsibility for the mistake.

“To make up for this experience, we are grateful to have been given another chance from Ms Celine to visit the salon tomorrow for a re-styling by our Art Director,” they said.
The salon also said that they were grateful that the customer accepted their apology and are delighted to help fix the customer’s hair.
They also shared picture updates of the customer, Celine, and her new hairstyle, which we think looked very nice!
“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Celine Teoh for trusting us and giving us a chance to make up for our previous mistake,” they said in the caption.
