According to Harian Metro, the man was believed to have tried jumping off from the 11th floor of a People’s Housing Project (PPR) apartment in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (June 15th).

Fortunately, the 25-year-old man was rescued by the public after people saw him climbing in and out of the window of the apartment building.

The man allegedly wanted to commit suicide due to emotional stress after not having a job, and he also has been living alone during the MCO period.

The young man, who hails from Ipoh, Perak, boarded at his friend’s house located in the same PPR building before deciding to commit suicide.

According to a report, the man was taken to the Jinjang police station where the case will be investigated under Section 309 for attempted suicide.

It’s a hard time for all of us...

It’s important to look out for the signs and symptoms of depression so that you can take the first steps to feeling better and overcoming the problem.
