According to The China Press, after being told of the incident, the owner of the car allegedly contacted the police. The owner then had to tie his mirror before driving away.

Netizens took to the comment section to discuss the owner of the car’s illegal parking, “You’re blocking a bus stop and a persons with disabilities walkway. That man, right there is a hero!

“He dared to do what others were too afraid to do,” said one person.

While another user pointed out that it’s not right to damage other people’s property no matter the reason: “Yes, the driver was in the wrong. But damaging other people’s property is not the right thing to do as well.

“He can get fined or jailed. Not to mention having to pay for the repairs.”

Guys, be aware that parking your car in front of a bus stop is an offense!

Buses are big and long vehicles, so they require a lot of space to facilitate passengers. So yes, you can expect a RM200 fine if you illegally parked in front of a bus stop.

However, damaging someone else’s property is also not okay…
