Oh no, so kesian!
Hazel Chee recently shared how her family’s dog dies abruptly from electrocution and cautioned other pet owners to avoid walking their pets on wet surfaces or to keep a close eye on their animals and be prepared to pull them away from where they stand if they begin to jump and cry suddenly.

She said that her parents had gone for an evening walk in the park with their dog, Skinny when they spotted him bouncing and shouting before falling to the ground.
Skinny died from cardiac arrest as a result of electrocution, despite attempts at CPR, “He was gone as soon as he stepped on the area,” she said.
She goes on to say that humans are less likely to be electrocuted since we like to go around in shoes with rubber soles, however, the same cannot be said for animals with bare paws or even small children who may prefer to play barefoot.
Hazel then notified Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), which investigated and confirmed that the park had a huge leak. However, because the park is administered by the Kuala Lumpur City Council, they have to get permission from them before beginning repairs.
She has already filed a report with the local council regarding the incident and hopes that by sharing her story, other pet owners would be able to avoid such a heartbreaking fate for their own pets.
