M’sian Seller Sent Wrong Item & Had To Drive Almost 4 Hours To Get It Back!

When you’re handling an online business, sometimes you get things mixed up and it could happen to literally anybody.

Recently, a man who is known as Low, sent out two items to two of his customers, however the two parcels got mixed up and he had to go through a lot to get back the parcel which was worth almost RM600!

In his Facebook post, he wrote: “A few days ago, I sent RM580 worth of product to a customer who only purchased RM20 worth of items from me.”

He said he contacted the customer and begged them to send the items back to him, which the customer agreed at first - but Low later found out he had been blocked by the customer on the same day! 

And because it was such a huge loss, Low decided to drive almost 4 hours from Petaling Jaya, Selangor all the way to Batu Pahat, Johor to retrieve the items. 

He arrived at their door around 7am and demanded his things back, however the buyer refused to be confronted by Low and sent his elderly mother to return the package. How embarrassing!

Netizens took to the comment section to remind everyone to be mindful of other people’s things and remind sellers to always be careful because not everyone is kind.

One person said: “4 hours drive? Not everyone is kind. We shouldn’t be greedy and take what isn’t ours.”

We totally agree! If it’s not your thing, then it’s not yours to keep. We were glad that Low got his items back.
