Some Malaysians went into a frenzy when we reported 100 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday (September 8th).
There were concerns that we could go back to the days of the MCO, although yesterday (September 9th), the numbers went back down to double-digits, when we reported 24 new cases.
Of the 24 new cases, six are import cases, comprising three Malaysians and three non-citizens.
But are this week’s fluctuating numbers a cause for concern?
As of now, signs point to no, and the Health Ministry has yet to issue any statement on this.
