Two Students Charged For Wearing Shirts With Obscenities Directed At Their Teacher

Photos of two students riding on a motorcycle without a helmet and wearing their school uniforms with curse words on them, directed at their teachers, recently went viral on social media.

The two, who had just finished sitting for their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination, were charged in the Kota Bharu Magistrate’s Court on charges under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955. 

According to Astro AWANI, the 17-year-old teenagers pleaded guilty.

According to the charges, the two wore shirts with insulting words or obscenities committed on March 3rd at 4 pm near Bulatan Chempaka, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. 

Following the prosecution, the two teenagers were also charged with five counts of traffic offenses.
