Established in 1993, World Travel Awards™ was created to celebrate excellence across the major sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries. It is now globally known as the ultimate hallmark of excellence and this year will be its 26th year running.

Tune Hotel klia2 underwent a makeover beginning in February 2017 to improve guest experience. The changes included new premium rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, MAKAN, a sports bar, MINUM, as well as a chic spa REHAT, along with a bodega style Grab & Go. 

Artwork from local and regional artists, which are on loan from private collectors, are hung on the walls, which all add up to make for a beautiful space. A 24-hour open-air courtyard is connected to the hotel, making it a great spot for those in transit. There are also packages for transit travellers to choose from, which include a VIP Fast Track Pass to help ease the process of travelling.
