Waiting for parcels to arrive is always a game of patience - it feels like Christmas (albeit one you paid for yourself) when you get the notification that your parcel is on its way!
Unlike Santa however, online websites sometimes encounter errors. This time, shoppers looking to track their parcels on Pos Malaysia might have to wait for a bit as the site is currently inaccessible.
Over the weekend, Pos Malaysia issued a statement on their social media platforms notifying users about the technical interference. The next day, they added that they have identified a number of internal errors, to which they responded by temporarily shutting down some systems and applications.

As of now, pos.com.my and Pos Laju are both still affected, with both websites displaying “under maintenance” messages. Pos Malaysia has reassured users on Facebook that the delivery of items will be running like normal soon.
Gotta have a little patience, y’all!
