Hello Pulis, You’re Not Real!

Due to his obsession with becoming a police officer, a 19-year-old college student was arrested by police officers wearing a full police uniform and carrying out his own “crime investigation patrol” at Batu Pahat in Johor.

According to the Sun Daily, he was spotted and caught by an actual police officer who was on duty to curb illegal racing at that time.

Most people would think to run - but instead, this teen walked towards the police and introduced himself as an officer from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) intelligence unit.

Suspicious of the claim, the police officer asked him to produce his “police authority card” and ran a check on his motorcycle registration number.

The teen was arrested right away after he failed to show the officer his police authority card.

During the investigation, apart from the full uniform, the police also discovered that the imposter was carrying various police gear such as a bulletproof vest, three small tactical knives, handcuffs, and a toy gun.

He made a fake police authority card from a sample that he downloaded online and purchased all the police paraphernalia from online shops.

The vocational student from Pasir Gudang allegedly dreams of becoming a police officer, and he confessed that it was his first time going on “patrol duty” with the full PDRM uniform.
