You just tested positive for COVID-19... Now what?
Don’t worry, just wait for Ministry of Health (MOH) officers to call you, and they will tell you whether you’re going to one of the quarantine centres in the country, or if you’re fit to be quarantined at home.

Wondering what you should bring to the quarantine centre? Well, we hope this quarantine packing checklist will help you on the things to bring for quarantine.
However, these are just our suggestions, and if you have any other things that you want to bring, you can!
Clothing and footwear

Two-weeks worth of clothes

Sweater and socks

Towel

Bathroom slippers

Medicine

Any vitamins and supplements that you’re already taking

Panadol or ointment for the headaches

Throat lozenges for the sore throat

Plasters for cuts, just in case!
Food essentials
Don’t worry, you will be provided with food at least three times a day, so these are just for snacking in between meals or whenever you’re hungry

Instant coffee or tea

Condiment packages like chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce
