FROZEN: The Ice-Cream Parlour

Nestled in Bangsar, is a boutique ice creamery named FROZEN. A specialist in artisanal ice cream creations, FROZEN has experimented with a slew of unique Malaysian flavours including Musang King Durian, Kaya Toast, Sirap Bandung and Petai.  

As part of it’s 2nd year anniversary, FROZEN is launching an unlimited, eat-all-you-can ice-cream buffet, as well as a ‘Journey for Two’ High Tea Set.

Of course, we wanted to ensure that you guys would have a good time. So we made the journey over to FROZEN to try out this buffet. If that isn’t dedication and sacrifice, we don’t know what is. 

The spread was pleasing to the eyes.

Pictured, the flavours we had were kaya toast, sirap bandung and salted caramel. We devoured all of it. 

Naturally, we didn’t stop there. We had heard of the famous Musang King Durian and Petai flavours. Curiosity got the better of us. The Musang King Durian ice cream was rich, creamy and true to the flavour of actual Musang King durians.

On the other hand, the petai ice cream was daunting and even this small scoop was perhaps a bit too adventurous for this Malaysian.
