If you grew up in a kampung, you’ve always been told to stay away from a goose, because being chased by them… is NO fun!
You think you can run away, but you probably can’t outrun them and you definitely can’t out fly them. So, if you see a goose wandering nearby, minding its business, just leave them alone, stay away from their nests and young and they will leave you alone.

But sometimes, these animals are not always mean. Recently, a video went viral on TikTok of a young boy seen happily playing with a goose.
In the video that was uploaded by user @kids.funny2 shows a brave young boy who is seen calmly playing with a female goose. Even the frightening sound of the goose did not deter the little boy from happily petting the bird.
Even when the goose was biting him, the boy still stayed calm.
Netizens shared their amusement in the comment section: “The goose looks like it doesn’t have a choice, it just has to endure being pet on the head like a cat,” one person said.
Many were impressed by the little boy’s bravery: “I’m over 30 and I would sprint if I came across one of those maniacs.”
The video has since garnered over 7.9 million views at the time of writing.
