It's normal for ladies to worry about running alone, especially in certain places or times, so making safety a top priority is crucial.

In a recent TikTok video from @nurananajihah, she casually shared her jog in Damansara Damai. But things took a scary turn when she realised a guy on a motorcycle was watching and following her.
The guy on the motorcycle asked her, "Where in Seri Damansara do you live?"
Feeling uncomfortable, Nurana ignored him. But on his fourth try, he stopped in front of her and behaved inappropriately…
"I was really scared, but I tried to stay calm and kept recording to catch his face and plate number."
Even though she felt shaken, Nurana continued recording to get his face and plate. She ran away without looking back.
If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, it's essential to prioritise your safety. Quickly find a well-populated area, seek help from people nearby, and don't hesitate to call the authorities.
Always trust your instincts and don't engage with someone making you uncomfortable. Stay safe!
