Recently, a video went viral of a woman who is seen reserving a parking spot using a baby stroller at a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur.
A female driver, who recorded the incident shared the short clip on a Facebook page showing herself arguing with the woman who was standing in the middle of the parking spot with a red baby stroller.
At one point the woman can be heard saying: “I was here first!”

The lady who recorded the video then proceeded to ask, “Why are you “parked” here? Is this a car or a baby stroller?” while emphasizing that her car needed to be here first, not her body.
In another clip, the woman’s husband can be seen arriving at the parking spot and seemingly waiting inside the car for the spot. How shameful!
When asked in the comment section what happened at the end, the woman revealed that she eventually gave up the parking spot as the family did not want to leave, “They really did not want to move.”
Many in the comment section criticized the husband for letting his wife and child reserve the parking spot while sitting and waiting in the car.
“Useless man. He’s just sitting there in the car, in the air-conditioner not wanting to get out. If you want the parking spot, get out and fight for it!” one person said.
This is not okay!
In case you didn’t know, reserving or “chupping” parking spots with a human body, or with objects is an offense under Section 50 (3) of the Road Transport Act 1987. So, take note, guys!
