Usher explained that Naviyd sent a direct message to UK singer PinkPantheress, known for her hit song "Boy's a Liar," asking her to follow him. The artist responded with amusement, saying, "this is wild!" when she saw the message from Usher's account.
Usher only discovered the interaction after checking his recent DMs and noticing an unfamiliar profile picture. He quickly apologised to PinkPantheress for his son's actions, but she was unfazed by the incident. In fact, she invited Usher and Naviyd to her next show.
Usher, however, couldn't resist teasing his son a bit, pretending that Naviyd might not be allowed to attend the concert. Despite the playful scare, he eventually let Naviyd go, knowing how much it meant to him.
