Don’t buy from scalpers, guys!
You don’t know who you’re buying from and there is no guarantee that the person you’re buying from is who they say they are. So, it means that you’re risking a lot of money without a trusted source. Plus, if the concert gets canceled, you might not get your refunds back!
As many of you K-pop fans may have already known, BLACKPINK will be coming to Malaysia next year as part of their [BORN PINK] tour in Kuala Lumpur.
The much anticipated show details were announced by the concert promoter Live Nation on their Instagram which have caused quite a stir among online users and fans.
The BORN PINK VIP Soundcheck pass which had gone on sale exclusively for Weverse fanclub members on Tuesday (15 November) were sold out in a matter of hours despite the drama surrounding the ticket prices, which cost a staggering RM1,888!
And now many scalpers have taken this opportunity to start reselling the passes for two to three times their original selling prices, which range from RM1,259 to RM11,557!
Some even attempted to sell the tickets for a “cheaper” price compared to the other scalpers at a whopping RM3,500 for the VIP tickets which was originally priced at RM1,888.
Not only are they selling the tickets at a very high price, these scalpers even failed to specifically state which zone these tickets are for and only stated that they are “Reserved Seating.”
It’s practically a scam!
What do you guys think of this? Are you willing to pay triple the price to watch the world’s most famous K-pop girl groups live?
