The excitement for Olivia’s first-ever show in the Philippines was overwhelming, with a staggering 745,000 fans queuing virtually for tickets. In a gesture of inclusivity, she ensured ticket prices were kept affordable, at just 1,500 Philippine pesos (approximately RM113), a stark contrast to her Singapore concert tickets, which reached up to SGD308 (about RM1,013).
However, it wasn’t just the performance that moved fans—Olivia made an announcement after the concert that truly touched hearts. In an emotional Instagram post, she expressed her deep appreciation for her Manila audience and revealed that all profits from ticket sales would be donated to Jhpiego, a local non-profit organisation dedicated to improving healthcare for women and girls.
Through her charity initiative, Fund 4 Good, Olivia has been actively supporting causes that uplift women worldwide, and her Manila concert was no exception.
“I had the privilege of visiting Jhpiego while I was in Manila and was deeply inspired by the incredible work they are doing,” Olivia wrote. “The concert was beyond special, and this trip meant so much to me. Mahal Kita!”
Her donation not only showcased her connection to her Filipino heritage but also highlighted her commitment to making a positive impact. Jhpiego shared their gratitude via an Instagram Story, thanking Olivia for her support. “Her generosity will create a lasting impact,” the organisation wrote. “Together, we’re ensuring that more young women and girls receive the care they deserve.”
Olivia’s dedication to giving back, particularly to communities close to her heart, continues to inspire fans across the globe. With Fund 4 Good, she remains committed to driving change for women and girls, transforming her GUTS World Tour into not just a musical experience, but a beacon of hope and support for those in need.
