A Johor woman shared on her TikTok account about how she wanted a taste of her Indian neighbor’s curry.
But what stole our hearts is how social media users reacted to the post. They not only encouraged her to go and ask for a plate but offered to cook some for her.

The woman shared a 12-second snippet on her TikTok showing her holding an empty plate along with a heartfelt note written on the video, “When your Indian neighbor cooks curry. I felt like… but I’m too shy,” she said.
Many took to the comment section to encourage the woman to just go and ask her neighbor for a place while some even invited and offered to cook for her.
“Hi friends, please don’t be shy. We’re okay with it. We even feel happy and excited whenever you all ask for food,” said one person.
The video has since garnered over 755 thousand views and 54.3 thousand likes at the time of writing.
We know how she feels… Sometimes our neighbor makes food that smells delicious, too!
