Sungjong, member of South Korean boy band, Infinite recently revealed in an interview that he eats one hard boiled egg throughout the day after splitting it into three portions.
The singer made a guest appearance on a variety talk show “Talk Pawon” where he revealed his diet routine. Sungjong, who is well-known for this extremely small appetite stated: “I only eat one hard boiled egg after splitting it into three portions.”

The emcee, including fans, were extremely shocked to learn about his diet routine.
Singer Hwang Bo, brought up a time when she had gone to Hong Kong with Sungjong and said that he ate quite a lot at that time, so she was actually surprised to find out about this.
We don’t know how he is able to eat only one egg a day. What do you guys think?
Please don’t try this, okay? Such extreme diets could have long-term repercussions like weakened immune system, hair loss and loss of muscle mass.
