We've all had those moments when technology makes us pay more than we meant to, and a recent incident in Petaling Jaya highlights just that.

Two well-meaning diners accidentally paid RM2,660 instead of RM26.60 for their nasi lemak at a local eatery. To rectify this mix-up, the restaurant has taken an inventive approach. They posted a flyer featuring a top-down view of the customers captured by CCTV, hoping to track down the mistaken benefactors and sort out the overpayment.
The flyer, cheekily titled "Is this you?" asks the customers to come forward. It reads, “You’ve mistakenly QR paid us RM2,660 for your RM26.60 bill. Help us find them.”
Adding a touch of humour, the restaurant clarified that they are not an “omakase” establishment.
The eatery's light-hearted post has amused many, with netizens playfully claiming to be the diners in question.
On Monday (September 2nd), the owner updated on the eatery’s Facebook page that the remaining balance of the money was returned to the customer.
Both posts have been taken down at the time of writing.
