A video recently went viral of a couple from Indonesia who can be seen telling their newborn baby to pay for their own hospital bill.
The video, that was shared by user @aurelmufty on TikTok shows a husband and a wife holding up a piece of paper, believed to be the hospital bill and asking their newborn baby to pay for it, “Go find a job first, sleep later” the caption reads.
“Wake up, here’s your bill, pay for it,” the father is heard saying.
Netizens took to the comment section to share their amusement, “Good parenting. Teach them to be independent while they’re still young,” one person said.
The video has since garnered over 1.9 million views and over 182 thousand likes at the time of writing.
