It’s been known for years that some residents of flats, apartments and condominiums throw away their trash in a very “creative” way…
Sometimes it’s out their windows, off their balconies, off other people’s balconies, off the roof and more! There is no shortage of ways people have thrown their rubbish irresponsibly.

A woman’s car was recently destroyed and windshield shattered when an inconsiderate neighbor purportedly threw rubbish out from an apartment’s top floor onto her car. The incident is believed to have happened in Penang.
The victim, TikTok user @piqahhhhs_ shared a video showing how badly damaged her car was.
“People who throw rubbish from the top floor are irresponsible and very lazy. Now I have to pay for the damages,” her caption reads.
The woman had to pay RM500 to replace the broken windshield and had to pay an additional RM100 to have her vehicle cleaned, “After all that and my car still smells,” she added.
The video has since garnered over 892,000 views at the time of writing.

This kind of behavior is very disappointing. Throwing rubbish from high-rise buildings can be very dangerous. What if it hit someone?!
Be responsible and bring your trash down to the bin!
