BLACKPINK Concert Goer Gets Merch Stolen During Concert, Takes To Social Media To Get It Back!

On Saturday (4 March), the South Korean girl group, BLACKPINK played their biggest concert to date, with over 60,000 attendees at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur.

While many of us like to think of concerts as all rainbows and butterflies… with that many people in one place, theft could potentially be a major issue at big events like this!

Recently, a tweet went viral after one of the concertgoers revealed how the official merchandise they purchased was stolen by another concertgoer.

Through BLACKPINK MALAYSIA FANCLUB official Twitter profile, the concertgoer said: “To the person who stole all my merch from below my seat, VIP L Section A21, Seat A01, that I painstakingly lined up for hours and hard earned money to buy, I’d appreciate if you return all my stuff back.

“I’ll just consider it as an accident or you won’t be blessed. Maybe I won’t get it back but karma will bite you back so hard,” they said.

One person commented asking what was stolen, in which they replied: “A few official hoodies” which cost RM310 each. That is a lot of money!

The tweet has since gained over 500,000 views at the time of writing.

Ahh, we hope they get their stuff back!

Concerts can be great fun, especially for those who are excited about seeing their favourite artists. However, with such a big profile event, drawing so many people to one place, you need to ensure that you look after yourself and stay safe so that the experience remains positive.

Stay safe, everyone!
