📍Astro Awani

The men allegedly attacked the firefighters because they were late which caused their houses to burn down.
According to Astro AWANI, Sarawak Deputy Fireman and Rescue Director Tiong Ling Hii who confirmed the incident said that his team had received an emergency call in connection with the fire at 3:18 pm.
The squad was then rushed to the location which was 6 kilometres away. However, when firefighters arrived, Ling Hii said that most of the houses did not survive the fire and they had to use the “receo” technique to prevent the fire from spreading to other houses.

He also said that police reports have been made by the injured firefighter and investigations are currently underway.
Guys, this is not how we should treat our frontliners and emergency services! They sacrifice their time with their family and their own health and safety just to keep us safe.
Please be kind!
