A man in Johor Bahru was caught climbing balconies of a condominium allegedly, believed to be in Tampoi, Johor… like Spider-Man!

It was believed that the man was attempting to rob a resident living there.
In the 53-second video that was shared by VOICE on Facebook, the man is seen climbing the balconies of a condominium from one floor to another.
The incident allegedly happened on Wednesday (July 7th) at around 4 pm, which shocked the residents there.
The man allegedly climbed to the 14th floor, then to the 18th floor and then back to the 14th floor.
A resident also claimed that the man tried to enter his house and threatened to injure him with a gun if he did not open the sliding door of his home.

“At that time, the sliding door of my house was damaged and my son and I tried to close it from the inside while the man tried to force it open, and even threatened us with a gun.
“We can’t believe he climbed from door to door, balcony to balcony. Who would’ve expected anything like this to happen?” he said.

Seorang penduduk ditemui berkata, lelaki berkenaan cuba memasuki rumahnya dan mengugut akan mencederakan kalau tidak membuka ‘sliding door’ dari beranda rumahnya. “Kebetulan ‘sliding door’ rumah saya rosak, saya dan anak cuba menutupnya dari dalam manakala pencuri berkenaan cuba membuka dan mengugut beliau ada pistol. “Manalah kita jangka pencuri boleh naik hingga ke tingkat tinggi dari beranda ke beranda Kondominium di sini,” katanya. Beliau berkata kejadian ini menyebabkan dia satu keluarga fobia kerana betul-betul berdepan situasi menakutkan, menghalang ‘sliding door’ dari dibuka dan diugut pencuri. Sepasukan bomba yang dipanggil berjaya menahan pencuri berkenaan sebelum polis tiba dan di bawa ke balai polis berdekatan. - VOICE

The terrifying incident also left his family traumatised.
But thankfully the bomba was called and the man was then arrested before police took him to the nearby police station.
What a relief! We’re glad that no one got seriously hurt!
