Teens in Indonesia have been seriously hurt and even killed as a result of a TikTok challenge known as the ‘Malaikat Maut’ challenge, which translates to the Angel of Death challenge.
This challenge encourages TikTok-ers to jump in front of fast-moving trucks in an attempt to stop them, which is so dangerous!
Recently, a video on Twitter went viral showing a group of three kids doing the challenge, only for one of their friends to get hit by a massive lorry that they were trying to stop.

Allegedly, the teenager involved in the incident had died on impact.
According to CNN Indonesia, this isn't the first time a child has died as a result of attempting the challenge.
Another TikToker died in a different incident, while his friend is being treated for severe injuries after being hit by a truck while performing the challenge. He allegedly completed the challenge at least seven times before the tragedy.
How terrible!
Please do not do this! It’s definitely not worth getting yourself seriously hurt or even killed just for a few views on TikTok!
