Cats do this all the time, and don’t worry, it’s typical feline behaviour.

They actually like to settle on high places and observe their surroundings as they are naturally predators and hanging out in places with high vantage points allows them to spot their prey or any potential dangers around them…
One shop owner in Taiwan recently installed a glass ceiling for his cats so that they can “spy” on him all day long.
Twitter user @SCMcrocodile shared photos of his friend’s shop after it had undergone some ceiling modifications. The small shop had an attic where the owner’s cats like to hang out.
According to Awesome Inventions, the shop owner decided to replace some of the ceiling tiles with glass panels, so that his cats can see what’s happening below them.
Ever since the glass panels were installed, the owner noticed that his cats have been monitoring the entire shop from above all day long, as if they’re serving as a “feline surveillance” for the shop.
Netizens couldn’t help but fall head over heels in love with the adorable kitties.
