Frontliners have been working so hard since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and some weren’t able to see their families just to protect them from catching the virus, which is so heartbreaking!
A video shared by Friends of PDRM on Facebook recently went viral, of a police officer who apparently had not seen his family for over 9 months.
Imagine being the mum, and not seeing your child for that long especially when you know that your son is one of the frontliners battling against this pandemic... she must have been worried sick!
In the video, the police officer was seen heading to his mother’s nasi lemak stall, to try and surprise her. His mother took a few moments to figure out who he was as he was wearing a face mask to hide his face.
But his mother eventually figured it out and immediately broke down into tears, which we did, too, not going to lie…
We’re so happy to see them crying happy tears while embracing each other after spending such a long time apart.
The video has since garnered over 938 thousand views!
