Man Nabbed By Police For Harvesting Marijuana, “Thought” It Was A Bamboo Tree

Well, if you squint your eyes a bit and tilt your head to the side, it does look like a bamboo tree… (not really!)

A Kedahan man, also known as Mat Tarzan, recently went viral on social media after he attempted to convince the police that he thought the marijuana plant that was found growing at his home, were bamboo trees.

According to Astro Awani, apparently Mat Tarzan had a previous drug-related record and was tested positive for cannabis after the police sampled his urine test during the raid.

The 38-year-old eventually admitted that he planted the plants for his own use.
