Marriage is more than just “being together”. Marriage is when two people agree to spend the rest of their lives with each other, no matter the circumstances.
A video on TikTok recently went viral, of a man marrying a woman he met while playing the famous video game, PlayerUnknown’s Battleground or PUBG, and it stole netizens’ attention!
The video that was shared two days ago by user @jixhah_ on TikTok, showed the man kissing the forehead of his wife who was sitting in a wheelchair due to paralysis, before putting a bracelet on her to symbolise their marriage.
The man, known as Muhd Irfan told Harian Metro that he had been wanting to marry Nur Najihah, and after getting blessings from both families, the couple were then married on February 12th.
“I honestly never thought of ending my bachelorhood at a young age, but it must have been time for me to get married.
“I didn’t know about her condition, but she was very honest with me, and I had no problem accepting her as she is. I was attracted to her since the first time I met her,” he said.
It is understood that his wife is disabled after being involved in an accident three years ago, while riding a motorcycle to school with her father.
Meanwhile, netizens in the comments section praised the couple for their sincerity and wished them happiness in their marriage.
The video has since garnered over 104 thousand views and 4,570 likes on TikTok at the time of writing.
