Malaysians Came Together To Help A Helpless Doggo On The Karak Highway

This story just melted our hearts!

One video recently went viral of a couple rescuing a wild dog, whose leg and head were ruthlessly tied together with a wire.

The 3-minute video was uploaded on Facebook by user, Nahur Omar, who extended his help to the unfortunate doggo. 

The incident allegedly happened on the Karak highway.

In the video, Nahur can be seen slowly approaching the dog that was in pain as its neck and leg were tied to a wire, which was also tied to a piece of wood, which made it difficult for the dog to walk. 

In the video, a woman, believed to be Nahur’s wife, can be heard saying that the dog’s leg was bleeding due to the wire.

The footage also showed Nahur and several other individuals, including a few cyclists passing on the road, also trying to remove the wire that was tightly tied to the dog. 

A stranger on a motorcycle then stopped to offer his help before they finally managed to cut the wire using a knife.

The motorcyclist then handed a bottle of water to Nahur for him to clean his hands. 

The video caught the attention of Malaysians, who praised them for going out of their way to help the poor dog.

In another post, Nahur also shared some photos of him and his wife, feeding a group of wild monkeys some food. 

It costs us literally nothing to just be kind to animals! Thank you to Nahur, and everyone who helped the poor doggo!
