Have you ever thrown away something valuable? Because let us tell you… it can happen to anyone!
One time, we were going through our stuff and was like, “don’t need that, that can go, that’s useless” and then toss it all either in the bin or straight to charity, only when we realize that actually the things we threw away would have been useful, but it’s too late already. Aiya!

Well recently, a video went viral on Facebook showing a woman who was ecstatic to find her gold jewelry that she had accidentally thrown away.
The woman, whose name is Yaya then asked her husband to check the bin outside of their house, but unfortunately, they were too late as the trash had just been collected by a garbage truck.
Heartbroken and frustrated, she asked her husband if he could try to locate the garbage truck as the jewelry is very valuable to her.
And luckily, it didn’t take her husband long to locate one of the garbage trucks that was owned by the Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Prai (MPSP). They then stopped the truck and proceeded to ask them for their help.
They were hesitant to help her at first, but one of the garbagemen offered to help and give them information of where they could go.
After a while of asking around and searching through heaps of trash, they finally found Yaya’s missing jewelry… and everyone looked so happy including the garbagemen, himself!

At the end of it all, Yaya asked the garbagemen for his bank account details and transferred an undisclosed amount of money to thank him for his sincerity, effort and hardwork.
Wah, it’s a good day for everyone! What a heartwarming story.
