Malaysian actor-singer, Naim Daniel came forward to extend help for those who are in need during these difficult times.
On his Instagram story, Naim shared his experience on Sunday (July 4th), of opening a food bank at a petrol station in Semenyih, Selangor.

He started at the petrol station in Taman Pelangi to ask the manager whether he is allowed to open a food bank there, and after getting the greenlight, Naim then proceeded to the nearby supermarket to start buying the necessities for the food bank.
“We are planning to buy 10 packs worth of necessities. We’ve gotten the greenlight from the petrol station manager to open a food bank there, so I will head there later to leave these packs for those in need,” he said in his Instagram story.
Among the items that Naim bought were rice, instant noodles, salt and sugar, biscuits, baby diapers, milk, sardines, and flour.
He also openly accepted a suggestion from his followers to add women’s sanitary pads and laundry detergent in the pile as well.
“Some great ideas I got from my followers is to buy detergent and sanitary pads, as well. So, we’ve added these items to the list. Thank you for giving me your suggestion,” he said.
Also in the video, the 24-year-old singer said: “I have provided a small contribution to families in need here in Taman Pelangi, Semenyih. If you are in need of some basic items like rice, milk and foods, please come. Regardless of your race or religion, please come and get it here. Don’t be shy.
“We are in this together. God has helped me, so if God wills it, He will help you, too,” he said.
Naim’s act of kindness also received tremendous support from other celebrity friends and of course, his fans!
Ahh, what a nice thing to do! The world will be a much better place if everyone treats each other kindly.
