We all know that combining McDonald's french fries with its vanilla soft serve vanilla ice-cream creates an odd, but lovely, sweet-savory flavor combination… and it’s actually pretty good.

But now imagine a soft serve ice-cream in a bowl of hot spicy ramen. Exactly…
We’re not kidding, this limited-edition ramen will only be available in Osaka until March 2022.
Franken, a ramen cafe named after Mary Shelley's classic Gothic novel Frankenstein, serves it.
In the photos you can see a bowl of bright red spicy miso ramen soup topped with a full chocolate and vanilla soft serve coated with seaweed.
And it’s a perfect bowl of spicy ramen too, with some eggs, beansprouts, and is even strewn with seaweed.
The bowl of ice-cream ramen is described to be a "sweet and spicy" match that "fits nicely together."
Won’t believe it until we taste it ourselves.
The restaurant also expresses gratitude to their customers for their "good feedback," hinting that this creation may be... their best one yet!
One customer who tried it said the miso ramen and soft serve "went along beautifully together" and that "it was so wonderful that you will understand once you experience it." Whoa.
