Absolutely disgusting and how irresponsible!
Recently a video went viral after it was shared on TikTok by a user known as Raizalmaruhan, who revealed that his “nightmare tenant” has left his house in filth.
In the 38-seconds video he showed the mess left behind by the tenant which includes a raw fish and urine stored in a mineral water bottle. Ew, that’s gross.
We’d be angry too!
However, Rizalmaruhan explained that the tenant had never missed to make the monthly rental payment, so he never thought to make an inspection of the house.
Not until he got a complaint from another tenant, which according to them, there was an unpleasant smell coming from one of the rooms on the top floor of the house.
“He has a good job and a good car. He always looks neat and never had a problem paying the rent. So I wasn’t expecting his room to look like this,” he said.
Netizens took to the comment section to criticize the bad attitude of the tenant.
Some were even curious to know where the tenant is from, but Rizalmaruhan didn’t want to name the state to avoid offending people.
