So much has changed after the week-long political turmoil last week...
We have a new Prime Minister and following that, all government cabinet ministers and deputy ministers had to vacate their positions.
Former deputy minister, Dr. Wan Azizah; former Youth and Sports Minister, Syed Saddiq; former Energy, Science, Technology, Environment, And Climate Change Minister, Yeo Bee Yin have all shared on their personal Twitter and Facebook accounts of their memories with their ministry and employees.

But for former Transport Minister, Anthony Loke, the person that he is going to miss the most is his beloved personal driver, Hazril.
Sharing on his Facebook account, Anthony Loke said his driver has been by his side since the first day he became the country’s Transport Minister.
He said that Hazril is very committed to his job and he never complained.
“He’s a quiet person but truly dedicated to his work. In the past 21 months, I’ve seen him almost every day, Monday to Sunday. Sometimes our programmes would run late into the night, but the next day he would still show up at my house bright and early.”
“He never complained, never said he was tired. He always says to me, ‘YB just say what time you want to leave,’ and he will be there” he added.
Organizers and reporters would always praise Loke for his timing, but according to him, it is all because of Hazril.
He praised his driver’s efficient time management and skills and said that because of him, he was always early for events.

All the credit goes to Hazril, he said, as each day Hazril will check the minister’s schedule for the following day and plan the trip.
He also noted that because he considered Hazril as part of his team at the ministry, he never leaves the front passenger seat empty.
“If my bodyguard is on leave, I would sit in front. I don’t care too much about the protocol. Hazril was shocked the first time I did that.”
In the post, Loke thanked Hazril for his services and bid him and his wife (who is also a Transport Ministry staff) a successful future.
The post has since gained over 49,000 reactions and 5,000 comments!
We wish you all the best, Hazril!
