“There's no particular reason for this, I just want all of the children's names to be easy to remember. Only one letter is used to name my children. It's one-of-a-kind and easy to remember,” said Sukari, the father of four.

According to Berita Jatim, a couple from Dusun Tapak Lembu, East Java, went viral after naming their four children with only one letter.
Sukari and Wahyuningsih chose the names V (16), J (11), L (5), and N (2) for their four children.
Sukari and his wife said they have no explanation for why they chose only one letter for their children's names.
"I don't have any reason other than to make all of the children's names easy to remember,” he told reporters.

Sukari went on to say that he had never considered changing his children's names since he believed it would bring them and their family prosperity.
"None of my children have ever been admitted to a hospital or been gravely unwell.
“That is also a source of sustenance for our family," he said, adding that when the name is short, the delivery is easier, especially in prayers.
