South Korean actor Lee Ji-han and former cheerleader Kim Yu-na were among 154 people killed in a crowd crush at a Halloween party in Seoul's Itaewon district on Saturday (October 29).

Lee's agency, 935 Entertainment, confirmed his death on Monday (October 31), according to the Korea Times.
Lee, who gained recognition on the reality show Produce 101, had moved on to acting and appeared in a web sitcom in 2019.
According to the portal, Lee's death was first disclosed on social media by former show participants on Sunday (October 30).
Kim, who was only 24-years-old, was a cheerleader for the LG Twins in 2016 and the KIA Tigers in 2018.

Meanwhile, actor Yoon Hong-bin, who was at a bar at the time of the incident, revealed that he assisted in performing CPR on one of the surge victims.
Yoon stated that he assisted in the procedure because there were not enough ambulances, according to Kbizoom.
"I performed CPR for more than 20 minutes, cried together, prayed desperately, and tried everything," he explained, adding that he was unable to save the person on whom he performed CPR.
