According to a recent report from Business Financing, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has been listed among Asia's least favoured airports.
Ranked 8th on the list, KLIA received a rating of 3.36 from business travellers. Sharing the 8th spot are Malaysia and Dubai International Airport, each scoring 3.36.
Topping the list as the worst airport in Asia is Kuwait International Airport, claiming the top position with a rating of 1.69.
Close behind are Almaty International Airport in Kazakhstan, securing 2nd place with a rating of 2.62, and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Saudi Arabia, ranking 3rd with a rating of 2.72.
On the other end of the spectrum, Vietnam’s Noi Bai International Airport secures the top position for the best airports in Asia with an impressive rating of 6.80. The report highlights Vietnam’s airport for its efficient queuing system, significantly enhancing the overall travel experience.
Singapore’s Changi Airport secures the 2nd position among the best airports with a rating of 6.63, closely followed by China’s Hong Kong International Airport in 3rd place with a rating of 6.48.
Despite its ranking at 8th, KLIA remains a crucial hub for travellers. After all, it's the gateway that connects us to our destinations.
