Malaysia recorded 1,918 COVID-19 cases on Monday (July 4th), says the Health Ministry.
According to the COVIDNow portal, 1,916 of the new COVID infections in the country were local transmissions, while 2 were imported cases, which brings the total number of COVID-19 infections in the country to 4,575,809 cases.

A total of 8 deaths were recorded on Monday with no cases of brought in dead, which brings the total to 35,784.
Ahh, we’re glad that the number of COVID-19 infections in Malaysia is now low, however, we cannot be complacent.
Please get yourself vaccinated if you haven’t and remember to wash your hands regularly with soap and water and go see a doctor if you’re feeling a bit under the weather.
