A 73-year-old woman in Sydney, Australia was involved in an accident after she mistook the gas pedal for the brake pedal.

Following the crash, a 50-year-old man was brought to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to 7News, user @Kelzkitch explained that the accident happened when the woman driving the blue car entered the vehicle park in Hurstville: "We were both exiting the boom gate. And look at what happened to her car... she drove right through the boom gate and past me."

As for now, there is no video of how the car landed on top of the second parked vehicle, which has piqued the interest of thousands of commenters.
"I need to see this through the security cameras because I'm that nosy," one user commented.
"I honestly don't comprehend the mechanics behind this," said another.
How is this even possible?! We’re glad no one got seriously hurt!
