You don’t need to worry if you still haven’t purchased your uniforms ahead of schools reopening next week.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced that schoolkids are allowed to wear other proper and suitable clothes to attend school.
No, really!
However, this leeway will only apply from March 1st until 26th.
The MOE said it decided to go easy on students due to inquiries from parents, who complained about how difficult it has been to go out and buy uniforms due to the Movement Control Order and the COVID-19 pandemic.
But remember it’s just school, there’s no need to look chic every day!
Last week (February 19th), the MOE announced that school sessions will be reopened in stages from March 1st.
