Hospitals are not a bad place, but for right now, we’d want to avoid it as much as we can.

Now that the number of positive Covid-19 cases in the country are on the rise, even going to a clinic for a quick checkup can be quite scary.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced on their Twitter page that they are working with a private company to introduce a service to pick up samples from the homes of those who wish to undergo clinical tests for Covid-19.

The service will be charged by the company providing the service.

The announcement came about after 14 new confirmed cases were linked to a new Covid-19 cluster that brings the number of cases to 50.

In another tweet, the ministry also advised those who previously traveled to China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, and Iran to see health advisory first instead of going directly to any health facilities.

For anyone needing medical advice, refer to virtual health advisory (Ask Doctor) at its official website or contact the CPRC hotline at 03-88810200; 03-88810700 and 03-88810600.
