The ongoing floods in Malaysia seem to be affecting more and more roads each day, particularly in Pahang and Johor. Here’s the updated list of roads that are closed due to stagnant floodwaters.

Meanwhile, the status of road closures on the East Coast Expressway (ECE) remains unchanged. The road from Lanchang heading towards Karak and KL is open, but it is still closed for traffic on the opposite side. Also, the roads between Lanchang and Temerloh are still closed due to flood waters at KM113 & KM115.

An alternative route for drivers from the East Coast heading towards KL is to make your way to Muadzam Shah, continue your journey towards Kuala Pilah and enter the PLUS highway heading North.
Other alternative routes that drivers can consider using are the ones posted by the Public Works Department (PWD).
